Batik fabric is a hand made and hand painted item from Indonesia. There are always variations from roll to roll and color to color. They also MAY have small spots of dye and remains of wax. This is the beauty of one of a kind fabrics that are unique to the artisans of Bali and is not to be considered flawed.
All batik fabrics should be washed in cold water with a mild detergent on the delicate cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry and remove promptly.
